Remembering John

Really saddened to hear of John's passing. John was always so approachable and helpful and I was never made to feel like I was bothering him with my many questions. It was no surprise to see John in a user support role given how knowledgeable, helpful and kind with his time he was. John was a real model employee and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Genuinely one of life's good guys. Thoughts with John's family. RIP
