I haven't worked in John's team for a while but even after I left the Helpline he somehow remained present in my life, probably because of how helpful and reliable he was, the kind of person you would turn to and know he would be there for you. Reading through the comments people have left for John I can say with all my heart that they are all absolutely true. I don't feel I have anything to add, he really was the best colleague anyone could ask for.
